There are a few options for how you can install this on your device. You can try:
1) You can install the application directly over the air if you first change the configuration of your device to accept the signature on your application. Enable this option on your device:
Settings -> Applications -> Unknown sources
Then you can download the app directly from the browser and install it from the Downloads screen.
2) You can download the APK file to your device's memory card, and then use the "Apps Installer" application from the market to install the application:
